How long does it take to clean my home?
It depends on the size of your home, the type of service being performed, and the overall level of cleanliness Deep-clean services can take up to twice as long as a routine cleaning. To receive a more accurate estimate of the time required to clean your home, simply fill out the form on our website and we’ll get back to you immediately.

What is your cancellation policy?
We begin early each morning, and every evening we confirm our routes and prepare our vehicles and equipment for the next day. In order to maintain efficiency, we require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning for any reason, simply call or email us. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time are subject to a $25.00 cancellation charge. If we do not receive any notice of a cancellation or if we are unable to gain access to your home, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the scheduled cleaning service.

How often should I have my home cleaned?
Your ideal cleaning regimen depends on a variety of factors including the size of your home, your lifestyle and of course your budget. The most common regimen consists of regular bi-weekly service, although many of our clients are able to maintain cleanliness with monthly service. Busier households may require weekly or more frequent service. We generally recommend a deep-cleaning at least once or twice a year, such in the spring and fall. We can create a customized approach based on rotational cleaning to maximize effectiveness within virtually any budget. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or check due at the time of service unless other billing arrangements are made in advance.

How do I provide feedback on my cleanings?
You may contact us directly, or even visit this website to let us know how things went — good or bad. How much does it cost to have my home cleaned?
Leave It To Lee’s Cleaning Servicec works with every home owner to create a custom cleaning plan designed on frequency, preferences and your budget. We serve the western NC Triangle area – including Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Raleigh, Durham, Hillsborough, Pittsboro, Apex, Cary and Chatham / Orange Counties. We also serve Fearrington Village, Southern Village, Briar Chapel, Governors Club, The Oaks, and other familiar locations in Orange and Chatham Counties.
